ILSOYADVISOR POST

Field Day Video - Foliar Feeding with Loveland Products

ISA hosted its first regional ILSoyAdvisor Field Days this past summer. From August 4 – 6, we brought soybean experts to fields around the state to share the latest information, tools and technology that are producing higher yields and better profitability. Watch the video below to see how to get soybeans off to a good start, and view other presentations here

Proper plant nutrition plays a critical role in producing a successful crop. Using foliar nutritionals is one way farmers can ensure their fields have the nutrients they need to produce as many pods as possible. Not only is it an efficient method for delivering additional nutrients, foliar feeding can also help correct nutrient deficiencies throughout the season. Watch Andy Fleisher and Ron Simmons, proprietary product managers with Loveland Products, Inc.®, explain the benefits farmers could see by incorporating foliar feeding in their fertility program.

Andy Fleisher is a proprietary product manager with Loveland Products, Inc., in Knoxville, Ill. He works with CPS retail and independent locations in Illinois and Missouri. He has 16 years of experience helping producers with their crop production needs.

Ron Simmons is a proprietary product manager with Loveland Products, Inc., in Sheffield, Iowa. He works with CPS retail locations in northern Illinois, Wisconsin, northeast Iowa and southern Minnesota. He has 22 years of ag retail experience and a BS from Iowa State University.
