Participate in Cover Crop Economics Survey

Cover crops improve soil health and clean water, but do you ever wonder what they do for the bottom line? While many scientific studies have been done to quantify environmental benefits of cover crops, the same research does not exist regarding the economic benefits. With funding from USDA's Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (SARE) program, Practical Farmers of Iowa and Iowa State University are trying to fill the gap. If you have used cover crops please take the online survey to quantify the economic return of your cover crops investment by Feb. 15.
