Agronomics: Video: Taking the Yield Challenge with CPS

ISA’s Yield Challenge encourages farmers and agronomists to use innovative management practices and technologies to improve yield. Last year, Challenge participants saw an average yield increase of nearly five bushels per acre.

In this short video, Yield Challenge sponsor Phillip Poppe, Fairbury-area crop consultant with Crop Production Services (CPS), explains why CPS encourages their growers to participate in the annual contest, and gives soybean producers tips to break yield barriers.

Interested in participating in ISA’s Yield Challenge? The registration deadline is September 1.
